Around Town - 2010 Pumpkinfest coming soon
Saturday, October 2nd and Sunday, October 3rd, 2010
Josh had so many wonderful and special qualities that made him shine so brightly it would be impossible to list them all. One, was his generous heart and giving nature. He was always there to help a friend out.
Pumpkinfest always needs volunteers for a variety of fun jobs. If you can spare a couple hours, why not spread the gift of a helping hand, the way Josh always did, by giving a little bit of your time.
From classic rock to family-friendly fun, Pumpkinfest is South Lyon’s can’t miss event.
The South Lyon Area Pumpkinfest was started 26 years ago by the late Dean Sparks. Over the years, the event grew from a craft and antique show to a weekend-long celebration of crafts, music, community and of course, everyone's favorite fall product: the pumpkin!

Welcome friends and family xoxox
Your membership to this blog is so greatly appreciated!
What an beautiful testament to the type of loving person Josh was reflected in the outpouring of love and loyalty by YOU - his cherished friends and loved ones.
Thank you all so very much!
We welcome you with a warm smile and a kind hug, just as Josh always had for us.
Please check back often because it is our hopes to always have something new waiting for you!
We also ask that you help spread the word of this blog to those who loved and cared about Josh.
Our hopes for this blog is to have an inviting special place for friends and family to connect and gather so that they can share wonderful memories of Josh, whom we all miss so dearly.
We would also love to raise money that will positively impact the lives of many deserving, hardworking young people, just like the amazing man that our Josh was.
Josh was known as an honest, hardworking and kindhearted person, who loved music, and especially enjoyed playing his guitar. He was truly one of a kind. One of the good guys. Someone who loved his family, worked hard for a living, and loved the simple things in life like playing his guitar, going hunting in the Fall, good old classic rock tunes and having his dog Rocko by his side. He was the type of guy who always ended a phone call with "I love you" to those he held close to his heart. Material things in life where never important to him. He never needed to have a fancy cell phone or the latest electronic gadgets. He found joy teaching himself a new song on his guitar, writing music, the sunshine on his face, driving down a dirt road in an old beat up pick up truck, a good rock concert and the smell of the leaves in the Autumn. When I say he was 'one of a kind' he truly was. He was loved by all who knew him and will be dearly missed.
Please join us in honoring the life and memory of Josh by supporting our efforts to one day provide talented young people with used or new music books, musical instruments and possibly financial education assistance that will help propel hardworking young people and emerging musicians to the next level. Your generosity will help deserving young people realize their dreams.
Thank you so much for your kind visit.
